I am interested in developing a framework for modeling wastewater based-epidemiology (WBE) for diseases of public health concern, especially ones pertaining to developing countries (e.g., Zika virus, Malaria, and Tuberculosis). Also, I am interested in using quantitative microbial risk assessment (QMRA) to assess the health impacts of diseases where such analysis has been underexplored.
