Welcome Andrei to the GERM lab! Andrei is a biotechnology engineer from Costa Rica, where he worked several years for the Costa Rican Water and Sewage Authority. His research interests lie at the intersection between water, environment, and public health, mainly in places with poor access to either sanitation or adequate drinking water treatment. He spends his free time birding and brewing specialty coffee. Welcome!
