PhD candidates Marlee Shaffer and William Chen got their work published recently.
Marlee's work explores the concentration efficiency and bias of a novel viral concentration approach, Nanotrap Microbiome Particles (NMP), in wastewater. William's work addresses the suitability of WBE for measles outbreak identification by using a model-based approach to elucidate the relationship between measles shedding, wastewater concentration, and detectability.
